The Littles Life: trip to louisville

I realized I haven't blogged yet about our trip to Louisville. Back at the end of Janurary we went to Louisville for one of my cousin Thomas fiance's wedding shower. It was Micah's 2nd trip and Brooke's 1st trip to Louisville! We got to see a lot of our family and had a great time! We went up with my mom. Friday we went straight to Grams and Pappaw's and most of my aunts and uncles and some cousins came by to see us. We stayed with my mom's cousin and his wife while we were there. Saturday we went to meet my mom's friend's Darlene and Earl at the Cheesecake Factory. It wasn't opened yet so we went in the mall and found a great U of L store that was having a big sale so of course I had to stock up on the U of L gear!!! Then we went to lunch. After that we went to the bridal shower and then back to my mom's cousin's house for a naptime. That evening some of my mom's cousins and family got together. It was fun seeing and hanging out with them. Sunday we got up and got ready for church but Micah had a big meltdown as we were trying to get out the door. He had also been having a snotty nose and started coughing some and we were running late so we decided a different church for Micah might not be the best thing. We headed on to Grams and Pappaw's to meet them for lunch before we had to travel back home.
I didn't take many pictures but did get a few good ones.

My Uncle Steve was so great to keep Micah during the shower on Sat. Micah had fun playing with Tyler, Jack, and Evan. The following pics were taking after the shower when we went to pick up Micah.

These last few pictures are from Monday when we were driving back home. I had stopped at Target before coming home and got Brooke and Micah each a pair of $1 sunglasses and Micah was wearing both. And then he fell asleep!
